These terms cover your use of Tenfold: the iPhone app "Tenfold: AI Money" and the online services it uses (the AI chat, insights and optional accounts). Tenfold is provided by PE Dmytro Nikolaienko, a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Tenfold, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. The licence and Apple
- Tenfold is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add rules that are specific to Tenfold. If something here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies.
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tenfold or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and may enforce it against you.
2. What Tenfold does
Tenfold helps you record income and spending, split each income into pockets by your own rules, set monthly budgets and goals, and see simple insights and forecasts. It is a tool for your own planning.
3. Not financial advice
- Tenfold is not a bank, a payment service or a financial, investment, tax or legal adviser. It doesn't hold or move your money.
- Pockets, budgets, forecasts, insights and AI answers are general information based on the numbers you enter or import. They are not advice for your situation, and they can be wrong.
- Decisions about your money are yours. For investments, loans, debt or taxes, talk to a licensed professional.
4. AI features
- Tenfold uses AI (Anthropic's Claude, through our server) to understand the messages you send in the chat and to write short insights.
- AI can make mistakes: it can pick the wrong amount, category or date. Check each receipt. You can undo or edit any line.
- Don't send passwords, card numbers, tokens or other secrets in the chat.
- What we send to the AI and what we keep is described in the Privacy Policy. When the AI isn't available, Tenfold uses its built-in offline parser.
5. Your data
- Your financial data is stored on your device. You're responsible for your device, its passcode and its backups.
- If you delete the app, the data on the device is deleted, and we can't restore it.
6. Accounts (optional)
- You can use Tenfold without an account. If you create one with Apple, Google or an email code, keep that sign-in method secure.
- You can delete your account any time in Profile. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
7. Bank connections
- Bank sync (monobank in Ukraine) uses a personal token that you get from your bank and paste into Tenfold. The token stays in your iPhone's Keychain, and Tenfold talks to the bank directly from your device.
- The bank's own terms apply to its services. We're not affiliated with monobank or any other bank, and we're not responsible for their availability or for the data they provide.
- You can remove the token from Tenfold, or revoke it with your bank, at any time.
8. Subscription
Tenfold has one auto-renewable subscription, Tenfold Pro, sold through Apple's App Store.
Plan and price
- Tenfold Pro, yearly (product id
design.uxhero.tenfold.pro.yearly): $23.99 per year in the US App Store. - In other countries Apple sets the local price and currency and adds taxes where they apply. You always see the exact price in the App Store before you confirm.
Free trial
- New subscribers get 14 days (2 weeks) free. Apple decides who is eligible, usually one trial per Apple ID.
- If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid yearly subscription and your Apple ID is charged $23.99 (or your local price).
- If you cancel during the trial, you can keep using it until the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Payment and auto-renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically every year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price in effect at that time.
How to cancel
- On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions > Tenfold > Cancel Subscription.
- Or in the App Store: tap your photo at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
- Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Refunds
- All payments are processed by Apple, so we can't issue refunds ourselves.
- To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase.
- Apple decides on refunds under its own policies and the consumer law of your country. When you cancel, the unused part of a paid period isn't refunded unless Apple decides otherwise or the law requires it.
Price changes
- We may change the price in the future. Apple will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.
- If the law or Apple's rules require your consent, the subscription won't renew at the higher price unless you agree.
- If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect. A price change never affects a period you've already paid for.
Restoring a purchase
- Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID, not to a Tenfold account.
- On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open Tenfold and tap Restore purchases.
Not financial advice
- The subscription gives you access to Tenfold's features. It doesn't buy financial, investment, tax or legal advice. See Not financial advice in the Terms of Use.
9. Fair use
- Use Tenfold for your own, lawful purposes.
- Don't try to get around usage limits or the subscription, send automated or bulk requests to our servers, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.
- If you seriously misuse the online services, we may limit or suspend your access to them.
10. Availability and changes
- We work to keep Tenfold running and to make it better, so features may change over time.
- The online services (AI, insights, accounts) may sometimes be unavailable, limited or paused, for example for maintenance or to keep costs fair. The rest of the app keeps working on your device.
11. Intellectual property
Tenfold, its name, design, code and content belong to us or our licensors. The Standard EULA governs how you may use the app. Your data is yours.
12. Liability
- Tenfold is provided "as is" and "as available".
- To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions you make based on the app.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Tenfold in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
13. Ending
- You can stop using Tenfold at any time: delete the app and, if you have one, your account. A subscription is cancelled through Apple (see How to cancel).
- We may end these terms for you if you seriously break them. Sections 3, 11 and 12 stay in effect after that.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or on this site before they apply. If you keep using Tenfold after that, the updated terms apply.
15. Law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
- If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
- Before going to court, please write to us. Most things can be fixed by email.
