Tenfold is a personal money app. We built it so your financial life stays yours.

What stays on your iPhone

Your transactions, incomes, pockets, budgets, goals and chat history are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud once sync is available).
Your monobank token is stored only in the iPhone Keychain. It is sent only to monobank's servers to download your statements.

Messages you send to the AI. When you type or say "spent 450 on coffee", the text is sent to our server and passed to Anthropic's Claude to understand it. So it sorts things the way you do, the message goes with up to 40 of your recent titles and the category you chose for each (for example "Сільпо → Groceries"). We do not store any of it. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use it to train models.
Questions you ask the AI. When you ask something like "how much did I spend on food last month?", we send the question with a snapshot of your numbers: spent and limits per category for this month and the two before, income per month, your pockets with their balances, your goals, and your last 30 transactions (title, amount, category and date). Never notes, account numbers, IBANs or bank ids. We do not store the question, the snapshot or the answer.
Monthly totals for insights. For tips like "your eating out limit runs out on Oct 18", we send totals only (for example: income, spent per category, limits, and last month's totals to compare). Never transaction titles, notes, account numbers or IBANs.
An anonymous install ID and usage counts. A random ID created on your device, the app version, language and how many AI requests were made per day. We use this to keep the free tier fair and to know our costs. It is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID.

Tenfold works without an account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or an email code, we keep your name (if you share it), your verified email and the sign-in provider's id for you, so your setup can follow you to a new phone.
Email codes are sent with Resend and expire in 10 minutes. We store only a scrambled form of each code.
You can delete your account any time in Profile. That removes your account, sign-ins and codes from our server.

Sell or share your data with advertisers. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
Read your bank data on our server. Bank sync talks to monobank directly from your phone.

You can use Tenfold without AI: the app has an offline parser, and quick questions like "How much is left?" are answered on your iPhone.
Delete the app to delete all data on the device. To remove the anonymous usage records on our server, email us with the install ID shown in Profile.
