Subscription
How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Tenfold > Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current year ends. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription. Details are in the Subscription Terms.
Will I be charged after the free trial?
Yes, $23.99 a year (or your local price), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the 14 days end. You can see the renewal date in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchase?
On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, open Tenfold and tap Restore purchases. The subscription belongs to your Apple ID, so you don't need a Tenfold account for this.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase.
Your account and data
How do I delete my account?
In Tenfold, open Profile > Account > Delete account. That removes your account, its sign-ins and email codes from our server. Your money data on the iPhone stays, and Tenfold keeps working without an account.
How do I delete my data?
Your money data lives on your iPhone, so deleting the app deletes it. To remove the anonymous usage records on our server, write to us at support@tenfoldmoney.com.
I got a new iPhone. Where is my data?
Moving to a new iPhone with an iPhone backup (iCloud or a computer) brings Tenfold's data along. Sync inside the app is coming later. If you signed in, your setup follows you.
Using Tenfold
How do I connect monobank?
Get your personal token at api.monobank.ua (scan the QR code with the monobank app), then paste it in Tenfold: Profile > Bank. The token stays in your iPhone's Keychain.
The AI got something wrong.
Tap the line on the receipt to edit it or undo it. Short messages work best, one amount per item: "450 coffee, 1200 gas".
How do I lock the app?
Profile > App lock. Tenfold then opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
