Yearly: your Apple ID is charged when the free trial ends, then every year. Monthly: charged when you subscribe, then every month. Do I need an account?
No. Tenfold works fully without one. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code only if you want your setup to follow you to a new phone.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. What leaves it is what the AI needs: your message, a snapshot of your numbers when you ask a question and monthly totals for insights. We don’t store those. Details are in the privacy policy.
What’s free and what’s Pro?
Pockets, budgets, goals, accounts and the offline chat are free. Pro adds Claude: chat and voice in your own words, receipt photos, insights about your month and answers from your own numbers.
What does the AI do?
Tenfold uses Claude to understand what you type or say, however you phrase it, and to answer questions like “Where do I overspend?” from your own numbers. Quick ones like “How much is left?” are answered right on your iPhone.
Which languages does it speak?
The app is in English, Ukrainian and Traditional Chinese. The AI understands English, Ukrainian, Russian and Chinese, typed or spoken.
Which currencies are supported?
Hryvnia, US dollar, euro and New Taiwan dollar as your main currency. Accounts can also hold USDT. Pick your main currency in Profile.
Can I track cash and several cards?
Yes. Add cash, cards, a business account or USDT in Profile > Accounts. Each keeps its own balance, and the chat picks the account from your words: “450 coffee in cash”.
What happens after the free trial?
The free trial comes with the yearly plan. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the 14 days end, your Apple ID is charged $49.99 and the subscription renews every year. Cancel any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Without Pro, pockets, budgets and goals keep working.
Is there a monthly plan?
Yes, $7.99 a month, without a free trial. The yearly plan is $49.99, about $4.16 a month, and starts with 14 days free. Switch plans any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
